In Rhythm LLC services of Summer Blue RN, assist you in finding your best health. The healthcare system can be complex to navigate, specialists in all disease processes involved, multiple medications and compartmentalized services that provide disease specific care according to your symptoms but not your whole person health.
Services offered here are to assist in connecting all the specialists, providing continuity of care, compassionate advocacy, empathetic health coaching for personalized goals.
With my passion for preventative health, lifestyle change, Disease process education and teaching, I provide tools for lifestyle change. In Rhythm integrates the importance of self responsibility and empowering individuals in health/ motivation and utilizing your intuition in the healing process for a deeper health.
